|  Freeze Game Timer IGK:                                                  |
|     Press Both Thumbs to Freeze Game Timer after you get your mission    |
|     details (like how to use tow-truck).  Complete Mission, then click   |
|     both thumbs again to reenable timer before ending the mission (in the|
|     repo challenge click it before going into the booth).  When you have |
|     the freeze enabled some people dont have animation while they walk,  |
|     but other then that everything works normally.  If you do the click  |
|     to early or forget to turn it off the game wont allow the mission to |
|     proceed, so disable (Rt+Lt) and wait for mission to continue and then|
|     reenable.                                                            |

| Update Notes: cchhpp reported that pedestrians also had inf health! This |
|               has now been fixed, thanks to cchhpp for bug report, and   |
|               to wkndplaya for pointing it out to me. :)                 |

| Update 2: The No Player Felony didn't work outside of the car, you could |
|           earn a yellow bar, and the police would be quite agressive.    |
|           Now they'll still respond to shootings, but just stand around  |
|           Hopefully its all good now.                                    |
